Who we are

ONE APOLLO Capital is a financing referral service operated by ONE APOLLO. We are a broker. We arrange financing through third party funding sources. We are not a direct lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not guarantee funding.

How we are compensated

We are compensated by the funding provider when your deal is funded, not by you. That compensation is part of the cost of the financing. We disclose this so you understand our role and our incentive. You will always be shown the full terms of any offer, including the total cost, before you sign.

Information we collect

When you apply, we collect business and owner information, including contact details, business financials you report, and identity information needed to prequalify you. Sensitive identifiers such as your Social Security Number are encrypted in transit and at rest, are never sent in plain text by email, and are used only to verify your identity and prequalify you.

Credit inquiries

Checking your options uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry only occurs if you proceed with a specific funder and separately authorize it.

How we use your information

We use your information to evaluate your request, match you with funders in our network, and contact you about your application. We share only what is necessary with the funders we submit your file to.

Your consent

By submitting an application, you authorize the soft credit inquiry described above and consent to be contacted about your application, including by phone, text, and email. Your consent, along with the date, time, and IP address of submission, is recorded.
